What We’re Looking For:
This entry level position will be responsible for oil changes, tire rotation and other light maintenance work. This could be the start of a great career in the field of automotive service. We are a service destination for Myrtle Beach locals and vacation travelers. That means our business continues to grow and you will be busy day-in and day-out
Responsibilities

  • Check and communicate oil level to teammates
  • Ensure tire pressure for proper inflation
  • Inspect and refill fluid levels as necessary
  • Complete vehicle inspection
  • Install a new oil drain plug and a new oil filter
  • Clean and lubricate fittings as needed
  • Providing excellent customer service keeping in mind that our customer’s perspective comes first.
  • Presents a friendly, professional greeting to customers and helps identify, confirm and offer resolution to customer concerns.
  • Ensures the customer’s needs are understood.

Qualifications

  • Communication skills – communicates effectively with others.
  • Time management – managing one’s own time and time of others.
  • Typing – ability to type efficiently in order to enter repair orders notes/comments.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Proven record of achieving exceptional Customer Satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls professionally and courteously as a “backup” to departments
  • Stock in Pre-Owned inventory including issuing payment
  • Post Wholesale deals
  • Break down retail and wholesale deals
  • Title all vehicle purchases
  • Reconcile assigned schedules weekly and before close of month

Qualifications:

  • Automobile Dealership Titling Experience or SC DMV Experience
  • Reynolds DMS Experience highly valuable
  • Will work with Excel / Word / Google Drive / Reynolds / Title Tec
  • Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the workday
  • Outgoing, charismatic and friendly, especially while talking to customers
  • Strong interpersonal and communications, in-person and over the phone
  • Focuses on the customer’s needs to enhance customer impression of dealership
  • Eager to learn dealership best practices and advance customer service skills
  • Valid Drivers License
  • Ability to submit to and pass a drug test
